My son just started his treatment here, we were referred by a friend. Staff is helpful, however first visit was a bit rough when one of the office administrator staff lady rushed me to pay for full treatment while discussing options with her and my husband and when acknowledging it she got defensive. Next day when I called office to ask for options for payment, the office was very helpful. In one of the appointments my son mentioned that the lady who treated her was rough and hurt him while putting spacer. Again after acknowledging it, staff was receptive to feedback. Hoping for a good experience throughout our 24 months treatment.

This place is extremely efficient, as the wait time is never prolonged. During the consultation the doctors were incredibly informative, patient to answering all my questions, and did a great job to comfort my kid throughout the process. My kid has ASD and I felt that again the doctors and nurses did a wonderful job making my kid feel comfortable when having to get his braces put on. I have no complaints with any of the staff members. And if I could give ten stars I would! Kids pov: This place is amazing it’s so cool when I walk in and get my braces, the staff members are so kind to me.I really like it here

From my very first interaction with Smile Solutions Orthodontics, I had a really good feeling about the practice, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. I decided to drive an hour to their office because of the first impression they made, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Chung was very thorough during my consultation and made me feel confident and comfortable moving forward with Invisalign. While his explanations during the fitting appointment were more brief, the entire staff was amazing throughout the whole process — friendly, professional, caring, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. A very special thank you to Sandra, who was absolutely wonderful during my Invisalign fitting. She took the time to explain everything in detail, including the procedures, how to remove and clean the aligners, and what to expect moving forward. She was incredibly personable and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable, almost like talking with family, which I truly appreciated. Hello to all! My ortho journey was the easiest to handle but Dr. Chung and his staff made everything a breeze for me. I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Chung and his entire team. From day one, they made me feel so welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for.
